2010 Employee of the Year
Steven Harper - winner of LTM Employee of the Year 2010
Steven Harper was awarded the coveted LTM Employee of the Year Award for his successful management of Marischal College masonry works under Sir Robert McAlpine – a £2.4M project completed on time and within budget. Steven was LTM’s first apprentice and completed his SPAB fellowship in 2004. This award is in recognition of his commitment to LTM, and his developing skills as a LTM Project Leader.
The LTM Group 'Employee of the Month' Award was set up in 2009 to recognise and applaud the efforts in which key individuals within our teams contribute to the success on which the LTM Group thrives.
The Employee of the Month recognition is not seen as a substitute for our Annual Awards, the day-to-day positive recognition or the fair pay and benefits the company has to offer. It's seen as a further way of giving a special thank you to our top employee’s for their outstanding contribution in that month.
