As the LTM Group continues to execute its sustained growth plan for regional satellite teams that provide our Clients with a local service across the country, we have developed our existing Kirkcaldy Consultancy Office into a further LTM Group Regional Office. This well established management and crafts team promising to continue to deliver quality projects, safely, on time and within budget. Our Fife team will ensure that an efficient, cost effective quality service is provided across the region for all restoration and conservation works whilst maintaining the ability to provide first class Consultancy on all matters related to specification and material selection.
There is arguably no more fitting location for LTM Groups Fife Regional Office than to be based than at the historic Law’s Close in Kirkcaldy. This beautiful late 16th Century Town House was acquired by the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust (SHBT) a number of years ago and restored using expert Conservation Architects, Simpson & Brown together with a team of specialist contractors to restore and preserve the historic fabric and structure. The impressive plasterwork and top quality decoration enriches the workplace and sets a benchmark for quality that Design Teams, Contractors and Sub Contractors alike must work together towards on all Conservation Projects.
