Project Leaders should be in possession of a craft qualification or relevant experience to satisfy their role. They should possess or be willing to be trained on CSCS Supervisor, Site Managers Safety and First Aid certification.
Project Leaders will have chosen a role as a respectful leader, carer and mentor to their employees and as a servant to their client. They will be rewarded on their merits, with performance regularly assessed on all work aspects including Administrative; Leadership; Quality Control; Tuition Ability; and Client Satisfaction.
They will ensure the aftercare of the projects which they have completed or passed on to others. Their commitment to their projects, projects of others and the training and welfare of fellow students should be transcribed through company procedures and communicated efficiently to form the essential link to company management and administration.
Mobile phones, laptop computers and a web based management system will be provided for the Project Leaders.
